5.What happens after I confirm the artwork for my custom order?
For all customized products in our shop, once the artwork is confirmed to be correct, any information cannot be modified after the order is made. The customer shall bear the expenses incurred due to errors occurring after the final draft! Please check your product information carefully to avoid unnecessary losses and disputes.
6. How do I report an issue with my received product?
If you find that there is a problem after receiving the goods, please contact customer service within 3 days of confirming the receipt (not processing overdue), we will give you a satisfactory solution.
7. Can I return items due to minor color differences?
Customers who have high color requirements, please consider carefully! Color problems within the color difference range cannot be returned or refunded.
8. Will my product match the sample exactly?
Products can be made according to samples. Please be cautious if you want to be exactly the same as the model. We will try our best to make the closest one according to the sample. Please contact customer service for details.
9. Can I obtain the design files for my custom product?
All customized manuscripts are designed for free, so design manuscripts cannot be provided to customers. Please understand. We will archive your files for you to customize next time!
